And the people of that incident at this time are the people of Mecca, and they are the tribe of Quraysh, and it is not intended for the common people, as in the hadith of Anas bin Malik.

May Allah be pleased with him: (The people of Mecca asked The Messenger of Allah, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him, to show them a sign, so he showed them the splitting of the moon.

The subject of surah e qamar revolves around the clarification of the stubborn and arrogant stance that the infidels of Quraish took from the great verse of the splitting of the moon after they asked the Messenger.

1- Recording the stubbornness of the polytheists in the clear verses, and the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, ordering them to turn away from their arrogance. 

2- Warn them that the resurrection is approaching and the hardships they will encounter at the time of resurrection. 

3- Reminding them of the worldly torment that nations like them have faced; Because they deny the messengers of Allah, and that they will meet the same fate that met them; They are not better than the infidels of the past nations. 

4- Warning them of a fight in which they will be defeated, then they will have the punishment of the Hereafter, which is more severe. 

5- Informing them that Allah is aware of their actions and that their reward is the worst of recompense, and the reward of the righteous is the best of recompense. And prove the resurrection, and describe some of its conditions. 

6- Repetition of mentioning the guidance and wisdom of the Qur’an. 

7- The surah clarifies that everything Allah created with predestination, and He did not command Him, Glory be to Him, to bring the Hour but as a blink of an eye. 

And that everything they did is recorded in the books of their deeds, written by angels that Allah made them write the deeds of the servants. 

8- The al qamar was concluded with the encouragement of those who believed and feared that they would be on the Day of Judgment: {In gardens and a river * in a seat of truth with a mighty King}

The qamar surah can be divided considering the order of its verses into three groups, and each group includes a number of verses:

1- The first collection represents the introduction of the Surah, as it includes the first eight verses, and it contains all the purposes of the Surah as it contains an affirmation of their falsehood.

Their symptoms and their fancy followers despite the many warnings and divine verses that came to them and their pillars have been completed beyond any excuse for an excuse, and it has been told to them in this surah of news.

Where the verse of the split of the moon appeared to them, and an affirmation of the completeness of the warnings, the Almighty said: {And they came from the news, including Mazdjar (4) great wisdom, what the vow sings (5)} is enough to deter them from their infidelity and deception.

So whoever violated Allah’s appreciation in what made him one of the causes of happiness lost and perished and whoever agreed with Allah’s appreciation won and survived. 

Allah’s command is immediate as a matter of sight whether man disagrees with his judgment or agrees with him, the result is immediate. This is a clear statement that Allah has facilitated to understand in his book of the Qur’an.

Starting with the story of Noah – peace be upon him – with his people and the descent of doom with the liars among them, then the people of Aad and how he decimated them with the wind that uprooted them from their roots.

Then the people of Thamud and the cry he sent at them, then the people of Lot and how he destroyed their village above their heads, ending with the people of Pharaoh and drowning them.

4- The ability of Allah (may Allah be Almighty) to destroy the unbelievers, Allah who destroyed these people is able to destroy the people of Mecca who have blasphemed and disbelieved by the call of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).

5- The punishment on the Day of Judgment is that the fate of all those who lied to the signs of Allah is torment in hell, while believers who believe and believe are in the kindergartens of paradise enjoying its bliss.

6- The incident of the split of the moon The Holy Surah began by talking about a miracle that occurred in the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), namely the split of the moon.

So the people of Mecca met the incident by insisting on stubbornness and infidelity and said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) had enchanted them.

And it was said that this miracle occurred before the migration of the Messenger of Allah to Medina, he said (Almighty): “The hour has approached and the moon has split and if they see a verse they display and say continuous magic.”

7- The events of the Day of Judgment threatened the infidels with the state they would be in on the Day of Judgment when they came out of their graves, it is a situation full of terror and fear, and humiliation will be visible on their faces.

And in many of them the verses likened them to the spreading locusts, He said, Almighty: “Fearing their sights, they come out of the ancestors as if they were a spreading locust.”

8- The people of Noah (peace be upon him) presented the noble verses of the story of Noah – peace be upon him – the memory of the attitude of his people towards him, and what they accused him of madness.

And after Noah despaired of them, he called on Allah – Almighty – to triumph over them, and Allah ordered the construction of a ship that protects the believers from the torment of reality.

And the torment was the fall of rain from heaven and it met with the waters of the earth, which led to the drowning of the infidels, he said – Almighty – : (And we blew up the earth with eyes, and the water met on something that had been predestined.)

9- The noble verses showed the torment sent by Allah on the return of punishment for their infidelity, and it was a strong wind that decimated them, for the wind was breaking their heads, he said: “We sent them a roaring wind on a day of the constant feeling that removes people as if they were miracles of a soaked palm.”

10- The noble verses of the people of Thamud mentioned the story of the people of Thamud when Salih (peace be upon him) came to them with the naqa as a miracle and proof of his sincerity and ordered them to have a day to drink from the water and a day for the naqa.

And on the day when the naqa does not drink from the water she waters the people for us, so they killed the naqa, and Allah (may Allah be Almighty) punished them for this by sending them a cry that decimated them, he said: (We sent them one shout, and they were like the wildfire of the waiting.

11- The people of Lot (peace be upon him) deserved the people of Lot to perish and suffer by sending a strong wind loaded with stones as a punishment for spoiling their instinct on which Allah (Almighty) had instilled us from the marriage of men to women.

And the Prophet of Allah Lot (peace be upon him) preached to them and exaggerated their calling, but to no avail, he said: “We sent them a harvest except for the family of Lot and we saved them by magic”, and Lot and those who believed with him survived.

12- The noble verses in the story of Pharaoh spoke of a simple part, which is the destruction of the people of Pharaoh, and the destruction of Pharaoh, who corrupted a lot in the land, he said (Almighty): 

“They lied with all our verses and we took them to take a mighty dear”, and the verses stated that the infidels of Mecca are no better than the previous people, what happened to them of torment will befall the infidels of the Quraysh if they continue their infidelity

The Split of the Moon in Surat Al-Qamar

This incident is mentioned in al-qamar surah (named after her) in the first verse of it, where the Qur’an says: The hour has approached and the moon has split and surah e qamar  is from the Meccan suras.

Gathered by the public (i.e. the general Muslim population) and it was said: It is that it came down on the day of Badr. A fighter, one of the ancient commentators, said: Mecca is only three verses.

According to Islamic sources (books of the Prophet’s hadith and interpretations of the Qur’an), this miracle took place in the city of Mecca about five years before the Prophet’s Hijra.

And the reason for its descent is that the polytheists of the Quraish said to the Prophet Muhammad: If you are sincere, the moon will split us into two divisions and promise him faith if he does. 

That night was the night before Badr’s conquest, and the Prophet Muhammad asked Allah to support him with this miracle, and the moon split until it became two halves: half on Mount Safa (or Mount Abu Qubais) and half on Mount Qaiqaan.

The people of Mecca came close to believing in the Prophet Muhammad and said: A heavenly verse in which magic does not work (that is, what we saw is not magic but reality). 

Abu Jahl (who was one of the masters and supervisors of the people of Mecca) said: Be patient until the people of the Bawadi come to us (i.e., this news confirms to us the people of the Badiya), if they are told of his defection, it is true, otherwise Muhammad will lose the magic of our eyes.

Some of the people of the Badia came to Mecca later and told the people of their vision of the split of the moon, so Abu Jahl showed them and denied them their words and described the miracle as magic for the eyes, so Allah revealed the second verse of the surah: and if they see a verse they show and say continuous magic]

The commentators have mentioned the proof of this miracle in their books and that it happened in the time of the Prophet Muhammad, and that it is not something that will happen in the future, and this saying to the commentators is supported by the Prophet’s hadiths.

And the sayings of the companions and those who followed them, Ibn Jarir al-Tabari (one of the great interpreters of the Qur’an) narrates about a mujahid in saying: The hour approached and the moon split He said: They saw him as a dissident, and Zamakhshari says:

 “The moon has split, that is: The hour is approaching and it has come from the verses of its approach that the moon has split, as she says: I accept the prince and the evangelist has come to come.” Huzaifa said that he preached in Madain and then said, “But the hour is approaching and the moon has split during the reign of your Prophet.”

This is the saying of the audience of commentators and scholars of the Nation of Islam, Hafez al-Din al-Nasfi says: “It was said: its meaning splits on the day of judgment and the public on the first,” that is, on the first view that the schism occurred in the time of the Prophet Muhammad. 

Al-Qurtubi says, “On this audience of scholars, this was proved in Sahih al-Bukhari and other hadiths of Ibn Mas’ud, Ibn Umar, Anas and Jubeir ibn Muqta’a and Ibn ‘Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them).”

As for the statement that the defection will be in the future, this statement is weak and contrary to the statement of the audience of scholars, the correct texts of the Prophet’s hadiths, and the vision of the fixed companions transmitted frequently.

From those who said from the companions “, I saw him” (i.e. I saw the split of the moon): Abdullah ibn Mas’ud and Jubeir ibn Mu’ta’abah and told him Abdullah ibn Umar, Anas, Ibn Abbas, and Hudhaifa ibn al-Yaman. 

Denying that this event would take place in the future, al-Thalabi says: “Uthman ibn ‘Atta narrated from his father that it’s meaning: the moon will split, the scholars are unlike him, and the true news speaks that this verse has passed.”

Ibn Taymiyyah said, “In Surah al-Qamar, he was told of the approaching hour and the split of the moon, and the split of the moon had been seen and seen and the news was frequent, and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).

Was reading this surah in the great councils such as the gathering and the holidays; so that people could hear the verses of prophecy and its evidence and consideration, and all people acknowledge it and do not deny it, so he knew that the split of the moon was known to the people in general.”

The splitting of the moon in the Sunnah of the Prophet

This incident was also mentioned in the book of Sahih al-Bukhari and the book of Sahih Muslim, which is one of the books of the Prophet’s hadith that has a special place among Muslims.

Muslims in the world almost unanimously agree on the authenticity of the hadiths contained in them, considering that they were directly transmitted from the Prophet Muhammad and that the hadiths mentioned in these two books have been Narrated by a number of companions known for their honesty and trust. 

Sahih al-Bukhari – Chapter on the splitting of the moon Abdullah bin Abdul Wahhab told me, Bishr bin Al Mufaddal told us, Saeed bin Abi Orouba told us, on the authority of Qatada, on the authority of Anas bin Malik.

May Allah be pleased with him, that the people of Makkah asked the Messenger of Allah, peace, and blessings be upon him, to show them a verse, and he showed them the moon as two flats until they saw Hira between them. 

حدثني عبد الله بن عبد الوهاب، حدثنا بشر بن المفضل، حدثنا سعيد بن ابي عروبة، عن قتادة، عن أنس بن مالك  رضي الله عنه ان أهل، مكة سالوا رسول الله ﷺ ان يريهم آية، فاراهم القمر شقتين، حتى رأوا حراء بينهما.

Abdan told us, on the authority of Abu Hamza, on the authority of al-Amash, on the authority of Ibrahim, on the authority of Abu Muammar, on the authority of Abdullah, may Allah be pleased with him, who said: 

The moon split while we were with the Prophet, peace, and blessings be upon him, at Mina, and he said: “Worship.” A group went towards the mountain, and Abu Ad-Duha said on the authority of Masruq, on the authority of Abdullah, he defected to Mecca. 

And Muhammad bin Muslims followed it on the authority of Ibn Abi Najih on the authority of Mujahid on the authority of Abu Muammar on the authority of Abdullah. 

حدثنا عبدان، عن ابي حمزة، عن الاعمش، عن إبراهيم، عن ابي معمر، عن عبد الله  رضي الله عنه  قال انشق القمر ونحن مع النبي ﷺ بمنى فقال ” اشهدوا ”. وذهبت فرقة نحو الجبل وقال أبو الضحى عن مسروق عن عبد الله انشق بمكة. وتابعه محمد بن مسلم عن ابن أبي نجيح عن مجاهد عن أبي معمر عن عبد الله.

Sahih Muslim – Chapter on the splitting of the moon Amr al-Naqid and Zuhair bin Harb told us, they said: Sufyan bin Uyaynah told us, on the authority of Ibn Abi, Najih, on the authority of Mujahid, on the authority of Abu Muammar.

On the authority of Abdullah, who said that during the time of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, the moon split in two, so the Messenger of Allah, We were told by Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah.

صحيح مسلم – باب انشقاق القمر

حدثنا عمرو الناقد، وزهير بن حرب، قالا حدثنا سفيان بن عيينة، عن ابن أبي، نجيح عن مجاهد، عن أبي معمر، عن عبد الله، قال انشق القمر على عهد رسول الله ﷺ بشقتين فقال رسول الله ﷺ ” اشهدوا ”.

Abu Kreib and Ishaq bin Ibrahim all under the authority of my father, Muawiyah H, and Umar bin Hafs bin Ghayath told us, my father both told us, on the authority of Al-Amash. 

On the authority of Ibrahim, on the authority of Abu Muammar, on the authority of Abdullah bin Masoud, he said while we were with the Messenger of Allah, may Allah prayers and peace be upon him, in Mina.

When the moon splits, it splits into two clusters, and it falls behind a mountain and a cluster below it, so the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said to us:

حدثنا أبو بكر بن أبي شيبة، وأبو كريب وإسحاق بن إبراهيم جميعا عن أبي، معاوية ح وحدثنا عمر بن حفص بن غياث، حدثنا أبي كلاهما، عن الأعمش، ح وحدثنا منجاب بن الحارث التميمي، – واللفظ له – أخبرنا ابن مسهر، عن الأعمش، عن إبراهيم، عن أبي معمر، عن عبد الله بن مسعود، قال بينما نحن مع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بمنى إذا انفلق القمر فلقتين فكانت فلقة وراء الجبل وفلقة دونه فقال لنا رسول الله ﷺ ” اشهدوا

It is stated in the benefits of al-qamar surah that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to recite it in the prayers of Eid al-Adha and al-Fitr, and it is stated in the benefits of surah e qamar.

That it was a reason for the Holy Prophet to instruct Muath ibn Jabal not to prolong the prayer on people by reading the long surahs of the moon: “Mu’ath ibn Jabal prayed with his companions for dinner.

And he read: “The hour approached and the moon split,” He said: So a man left his prayers, and he said: And Mu’az said to him very strongly, and the man went to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), and he said: 

I was watering a palm for me, and I feared water for him, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: O Mu’az, it is enough for you to read “and the sun is clear”, and its likeness from the surah.”

It is thanks to al qamar surah that it warns people that the hour is approaching; the smart Labib must prepare for this day with good deeds: “About Abu ‘Abd al-Rahman al-Salami he said: 

I went out with my father to Friday in al-Madain and between us and between them Farsakh and on al-Mada’in Huzaifa ibn al-Yaman (may Allah be pleased with him).

And he went up to the pulpit and praised Allah and then said: “The hour approached and the moon split” and then he said: But the moon has split, but the world has ushered in a separation.”

The moon split during the reign of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) a real split that was seen and seen with the naked eye when the polytheists of Quraish asked the Holy Prophet to show them a verse indicating his sincerity: 

“While we are with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) in Mina, the moon split two falaqa from behind the mountain and a falqa without it, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said to us: 

Witness, meaning, “The hour has approached and the moon has split and whoever says otherwise has no origin; some have claimed that the occurrence of the schism will be the day of judgment and this contradicts what is stated in the Holy Verse of the use of the verb split in the past time.

And it is not permissible to carry the past act to indicate the future unless there is a presumption and evidence that allow this transition and here there is no presumption or evidence.

In addition, many of the great companions – may Allah be pleased with them – such as Ibn Mas’ud, Ibn Abbas, Ibn Umar, Anas ibn Malik, Hudhaifa ibn al-Yaman, Jubeir ibn Muqta’a, and others have recounted the hadith of the moon split, its reasons, and causes.

And any questioning of the credibility of this incident has no origin and contradicts the logical and objective thinking of events, evidence, and proofs.

Surah qamar is considered one of the suras of the joint, which is a rather long surah, consisting of 55 verses on the palace of these verses, which is a Meccan surah, revealed by Allah (swt) after the incident of the crack.

Of the moon, and to show the purposes of surah al qamar

it is necessary to divide the surah according to its verses and detail in the purposes of al-qamar surah according to the recitation of these verses successively as follows:

Tafseer of verses 1 to verse 5:

The hour has approached ﴾ in which the resurrection will take place (as it is inevitably coming, and all that is coming is near), ﴿ and the moon has split ﴾: that is, the moon has split into two falaqs, when the infidels of Mecca asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).

To show them a verse, and he called Allah the Almighty, and Allah the Almighty split the moon into two falaqs, and each of them was in a place, and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said to them: 

Bear witness (and the hadith in the righteous),﴿ and if they see a verse ﴾ that indicates the sincerity of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him): ﴿ They offer ﴾ about believing in it ﴿.

And say ﴾ – in stubbornness and arrogance – after the appearance of the truth: this ﴿ continuous magic ﴾ any magic of Mar is going to pass away soon (and this is taken from their saying: The thing has passed and continued if it goes and is gone.

Tafseer of Verse 6, verse 7, verse 8: ﴿ 

Fatwa about them ﴾ means introduce O Prophet about these recalcitrant people and do not pay attention to their lies, and wait for them a great day (which is the Day of Judgment) ﴿.

The day he lets the da’i ﴾ that is: the day King Isravel calls his blowing in the trumpet ﴿ to something that he denies ﴾ means to something terrible, which is to stand before the mighty king for reckoning, and you see them then﴿ revered their eyes.

﴾ i.e. their eyes are humiliating ﴿ they come out of the ancestors ﴾ any of the graves ﴿ as if they ﴾ – In their spread and speed – ﴿ locusts are widespread ﴾ in the horizons, and you see them ﴿.

Crushed to the da’i ﴾: that is, rushing to what they have called, and ﴿ the infidels say ﴾: ﴿ This is a hard day ﴾: This means a difficult, difficult, very terrible and free day.

Tafseer  of verses 9 to verse 17:

I lied before them ﴾ – that is, before the polytheists of Mecca – ﴿ Noah’s people ﴾﴿ and they lied to our slave ﴾ Noah ﴿ and said ﴾ about him: ﴿ Crazy ﴾ He does not know what to say,﴿.

And he despised ﴾: that is, they rivered him promising him some kinds of harm (if he did not finish his calling),﴿ And he called his Lord that I am defeated ﴾ means that I am weak from resisting these oppressors, ﴿ Victory ﴾ Any victory for me.

O Lord, with the punishment of those who have you for your polytheism, ﴿ So we opened the gates of heaven With flowing water ﴾ i.e. with a lot of rain flowing (like torrential torrents)

Tafseer of verses 18 to verse 22:

I lied back ﴾ That is, a tribe whose messenger returned to Huda lied and we punished them ﴿ So how was my torment and vow ﴾? I mean, wasn’t my torment to them a reality of his location? And the answer: Yes, ﴿.

We sent them a roaring wind ﴾ that is, a very cold wind, with a strong sound ﴿ on a day of constant sensitization ﴾ that is, on a day of doom for them, continuing on them torment and destruction.

So this strong wind ﴿ took away people ﴾ that is, uprooted people from their places on the ground, threw them on their heads, broke their necks, separated their heads from their bodies, until they became ﴿ as if they were ﴾ for the length of their bodies

Tafseer of verses 23 to verse 32:

Thamud lied by vow ﴾ i.e. they lied with the warnings that their Prophet Salih warned them because of their polytheism, ﴿ and they said ﴾ – in arrogance -: ﴿ Preach from us one of us to follow. 

﴾ We are a community of many?! ﴿ If ﴾ – means if we follow him – ﴿ to be misguided ﴾ i.e. we will be in a distance from the right ﴿ and the price ﴾ any madness, ﴿ I cast mention on him among us ﴾? I mean.

Did I bring down the revelation to him and Allah singled him out for prophecy among us, and he is neither the oldest of us nor the most honorable of us?! ﴿ It is a wicked liar ﴾ i.e. many lies and coercion (as he dared to say that Allah sent him to us).

Then the Almighty said: ﴿ They will know tomorrow ﴾ When their torment descends ﴿ From the evil liar ﴾: that is, they will know who is the mighty and arrogant liar (good or are they?).

Tafseer of verses 33 to verse 40:

The people of Lot lied with the vow ﴾: that is, they lied to the signs of Allah that their apostle Lot had warned them, ﴿ We sent them Hasba ﴾ that is, we sent stones from heaven ﴿ except the family of Lot.

(who are his faithful followers), we have ﴿ saved them ﴾ from this torment ﴿ by magic ﴾ that is, at the end of the night (the time of Suhoor), and this revelation was ﴿ a blessing from us ﴾ because of their faith and thanks for our blessings, and ﴿.

As well we are rewarded by Thanksgiving ﴾means: With such a blessing we reward our thanksgiving by faith and obedience, ﴿ He has warned them of our oppression ﴾ means: Lot has feared our punishment if they do not believe and end sins.

Tafseer of verses 41 to verse 42:

The Pharaoh’s family came the vow ﴾ i.e. the people of Pharaoh came warning us to punish them for their infidelity (at the hands of Aaron and Moses), but they ﴿ lied with all our verses ﴾ which are the nine verses.

A sign of the oneness of Allah Almighty and the sincerity of the prophecy of Moses and Aaron -﴿ We took them to take Aziz ﴾: that is, we punished them by drowning, the punishment of a dear one who does not overcome, ﴿ capable ﴾ to do what he wants, at the time he wishes.

Tafseer of verses 43 to verse 48:

Your infidels ﴾ – O Muasher Quraysh – ﴿ Better than those of you ﴾ Lost liars ﴿ Or do you have innocence in Zubar ﴾?! I mean, or do you have innocence of Allah punishment written in the books placed on the prophets?! ﴿ Or do they say that we are all victorious?

I mean, but the infidels of “Mecca” say: We are a victorious group that is not overcome by those who wanted us badly (because we are the owners of firmness, strength, and a correct opinion)

Tafseer of the verses 49 to verse 55: 

“Verily, We created everything with a predetermined measure” meaning, We created everything with a predetermined measure that We predetermined in the Preserved Tablet. 

So it will be “like a blink of an eye” i.e. it will not be delayed for the blink of an eye, (so will the resurrection be on the Day of Resurrection), “And we have destroyed your people” meaning we have destroyed your likenesses in disbelief from the previous nations. 

I mean, is anyone who is aware of the torment that befell them and believes and obeys? (And everything they did on the scriptures) meaning: and everything that your former likes did: it is written in the scriptures (which are the books that were written upon them by the scriptures).

Hadith on surah al qamar

There are many hadiths mentioned in qamar surah, including the following: 

1- What was narrated by Ubaidullah bin Abdullah bin Utbah bin Masoud – may Allah be pleased with him – he said: “Umar bin Al-Khattab asked Abu Waqid Al-Laithi: What was the Messenger of Allah.

May Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him, recite during Al-Fitr and Al-Adha. He said: He used to recite “Q and the Glorious Qur’an” and “The Hour has approached and the moon has split” [Sahih Al-Tirmidhi]. 

2- Narrated Abdullah bin Masoud – may Allah be pleased with him – he said: “On the authority of Abdullah bin Masoud, he said: During the time of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah prayers and peace be upon him, the moon was split.

So the polytheists said: This is a sorcery that Ibn Abi Kabsha has enchanted you, but look at those who come from the traveler and ask them, so they came and asked them. 

So they said: We saw him split.” [Concordance with the news report l Summary of the narrator’s ruling: Sahih] 

Then Allah Almighty revealed: {The Hour has drawn near, and the moon has split (1), and if they see a verse, they will display and say (2)}.

3- Abdullah bin Abbas – may Allah be pleased with him – said: “The Prophet, may Allah prayers and peace be upon him, said while he was in his dome on the day of Badr: 

I sing to you your covenant and your promise. So Abu Bakr took him by the hand and said: It is according to you, O Messenger of Allah. 

She insisted on your Lord, while he was in the shield, and he came out saying: {The crowd will be defeated and they will come to the back (45) rather than the Hour} (Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih 46)

To Summarise, al-qamar surah dealt with several topics, as follows: 

1- The Holy Qur’an in surah e qamar mentioned to us the symptoms of polytheists and their disbelief of the verses of Allah, and the accusation of the Prophet (pbuh) of magic despite the greatness of the verse.

But they displayed and said continuous magic, he said: “And if they see a verse they display and say continuous magic* and lie and follow their whims and everything that is stable.”

2- Mentioning the Baath and the horrors of the Day of Judgment and the condition of the unbelievers at that time in 

al qamar surah, he said, “Fearing their sights, they come out of the ancestors as if they were a spreading locust* and oppressed to the da’a, the infidels say this is a difficult day.”

3- Tell them what the ancient nations have received; the people of Noah, Aad, Thamud, the people of Lot, and Pharaoh and their disbelief of the apostles.

4- Warning them of defeat in a fight in which they prevail, he said, “Um they say we are all victorious* The multitude will be defeated and they will take care of the plot, but the hour is their appointment and the hour is the most beautiful and commanding.”

5- Reminding them of Allah’s knowledge of all their deeds and that their reward is hell, the Almighty said: “The criminals are in misguided and priced”, and the reward of the believers is paradise.

He said (Almighty), “The pious are in paradise and river* in the seat of the sincerity of a mighty king”, as well as an affirmation of the grace of the Qur’an and facilitating its recitation to the believers.

In the end, surah qamar is one of the suras of the Holy Qur’an that has been unanimously agreed by the public of scholars as one of the Meccan surahs.

And it is one of the detailed suras whose descent came upon the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) almost before the migration in the fifth world of the mission following the descent of Surat al-Tariq.

Surah al qamar is considered in the order of descent to be the thirty-seventh surah, while its order in the surah of the Ottoman Quran came to the fifty-fourth surah, and its verses amount to fifty-five.

Which are present in both the third and fourth quarters of the fifty-third party in the twenty-seventh part of the Holy Quran, and are known in the books of interpretation.

And in the ancestors, as a surah approaching, or a surah approaching the hour, which is the first word that came in the surah.
